摘要
目的收集近15余年有关中医治疗复发性流产的文献,对其中医证治及用药规律进行统计分析及探讨,为临床优化复发性流产的中医治疗提供依据。方法收集1998年1月—2014年6月生物医学期刊发表的有关复发性流产的中医临床研究文献,对其中医辨证、治法、用药进行归纳,并用EXCEL软件进行数据统计分析。结果入选143篇文献,共包含病例8 562例。按照递减顺序,频率排在前四位证型分别为脾肾两虚型、肾气亏损型、气血两虚型、肾虚血瘀型。常用治法分别为补肾健脾、固冲安胎;补肾益气,固冲安胎;益气养血,固冲安胎;补肾固冲,活血安胎。结论文献研究对复发性流产辨证论治的规范化研究有重要的参考价值。
Objective By collecting the literatures which related to traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion disease in last 15 years,analyzing the syndrome differentiation of TCM,therapeutic method and Medication,integrating with the typical cases of our hospital,finding the law of them,provided basis for optimizing the TCM treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion disease. Methods Collecting the clinical research literatures related to recurrent spontaneous abortion disease in Chinese biomedical journals from January 1998 to June 2014,and accompanying with EXCEL program for the statistics analysis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,therapeutic method and using of medication. Results The 143 TCM clinical research literatures related to recurrent spontaneous abortion include 8562 cases in total. The first four patterns according to frequency degressive order is deficiency of spleen and kidney,spleen-deficiency,deficiency of qi and blood,kidney-deficiency and blood stasis. Common treatments are： Invigorating the kidney and spleen,consolidate chongmai and tocolysis; Tonifying kidney and holding Qi,consolidate chongmai and tocolysis; Nourishing qi and blood,consolidate chongmai and tocolysis; Tonifying kidney and moving blood,consolidate chongmai and tocolysis. Conclusion Methods of literature research has important value for research on Studies on the standardization of recurrent spontaneous abortion syndrome differentiation and treatment.
