摘要 目的:结合门诊现状探讨大型综合性医院门诊管理的难点与对策。方法:对门诊患者就诊情况进行调查分析。结果:门诊是医院的窗口和平台,是医院非常重要的组成部分。门诊患者集中,流量大,就诊环节多,流程繁杂,医务人员在实际工作中经常面临一些问题。解决这些问题,更好地服务于患者,首先医务人员要树立"以患者为中心的服务理念",其次门诊管理者要运用科学的管理方法和手段,以落实医院各项规章制度为核心,提高医疗服务质量,加快门诊信息化建设,注重专病、特需专家门诊的发展,增加服务项目等举措,不断缩短患者候诊时间,满足患者的不同需求。结论:不断更新管理、服务理念是大型综合性医院门诊发展的关键所在。 Objective:To investigate the difficulty and countermeasure of outpatient management in large-scale hospital according to current situation.Methods:The situation of outpatients was investigated and analyzed.Results:Outpatient plays an important role in hospital as the window and platform.Medical staff usually face some difficulties in their work,and they must experience the complex component element and flowsheet in outpatient.How to resolve these issue and provide better medical service?Firstly,the ideas that patient is the most important should be build up by the medical staff.Secondly,in order to meet the different demand of patients,the intervention,such as application of scientific management methods,carrying out the rules and regulations of hospital,improvement of medical quality of service,accelerating informationization construction,and emphasizing the development of special disease treatment and special required experts,is vital for outpatient.Conclusion:It is a criticality for outpatient of large-scale hospital to endlessly renew management and service ideas.
