摘要
研究了酸性炉衬条件下,Fe基非晶合金液在不同温度时熔渣的组成、熔点及粘度。结果表明:Fe基非晶合金熔渣含FeO、A120,、CaO、MgO、Si02及B203,三元碱度为0.30~1.06;合金液温度为1200℃、1280℃及1450℃时,其表面熔渣的熔点分别为1031℃、1076℃及.1223℃,1300℃的粘度分别为O.47Pa·s、0.36Pa·S及10Pa·S。
The composition, melting point and viscosity of Fe-based amorphous alloy slag were researched at different t emperature under the condition of acid lining. The results show that the slag are composed of FeO, A1203, CaO, MgO, SiO2 and B203, the ternary basicity ranges from 0.30 to 1.06. Melting point of the slag at surface are 1 031 ℃, 1 076℃ and 1 223℃ when molten alloy temperature are 1 200 ℃, 1 300 ℃and 1 450 ℃, the viscosities at 1 300 ℃ are 0.47 Pa.s, 0.36 Pa. s and 10 Pa. s respectively.
