摘要
基于某公司中频炉炉衬寿命短对阳极组装生产造成的烘炉时间长、浇铸产量低、筑炉质量差、铁水出炉温度高等影响,分析了影响中频炉炉衬寿命的原因,确定循环使用的回炉铁硫含量太高是影响炉衬寿命的根本原因,同时提出了优化磷铁配方和清理回炉铁等改进措施。改进后,铁水出炉温度降低,炉衬平均寿命由改进前的13天延长到70天,获得经济效益超过310万元。
Based on the influence of short lining life of medium frequency furnace on anode assembly production in a company,such as the long oven time,low casting production,poor furnace building quality,and high outlet temperature of hot metal,the reasons affecting the lining life were analyzed,and it was determined that the high sulfur content of the recycled iron returning the furnace was the basic reason,then the improvement measures were proposed,such as optimizing the composition of ferrophosphorus and cleaning iron returning the furnace.After improvement,the outlet temperature of the hot metal was reduced,and the average life of the lining was extended from 13 days to 70 days,and economic benefits with more than 3.1 million yuan were obtained.
