摘要
目的:探讨电针丰隆穴对高脂血症大鼠肝脏组织炎症细胞因子的调控作用。方法:将30只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组各10只。电针组给予丰隆穴电针治疗。4周后,检测各组大鼠血脂水平,即总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,ELISA检测各组大鼠肝脏组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)蛋白水平变化。结果:治疗后,血脂水平比较,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠TC、TG及LDL-C均显著升高(P<0.01,0.05),HDL-C显著降低(P<0.05),电针组的TC、LDL-C均显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,电针组大鼠TC、TG及LDL-C均显著降低(P<0.01,0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.05)。肝脏组织炎症因子蛋白水平比较,与正常组比较,模型组炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IFN-γ均有显著性升高(P<0.05,0.01),电针组炎症因子差异均无统计学意义。与模型组比较,电针组炎症因子均明显降低(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:电针丰隆穴能够明显下调高脂血症大鼠血脂中TC、LDL-C水平,并能降低肝脏组织中炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IFN-γ的蛋白水平变化,对高脂血症具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the modutory effect of electroacupuncture at the " Fenglong" on inflammatory factors in the livers of rat hyperlipidemia model.Methods:Thirty health male SD rats were selected and randomly divided into 3groups:normal control group(A),model control group(B),and electroacupuncture group(C).After four weeks,blood lipids of rats were determined.The protein levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IFN-γin the livers of rat hyperlipidemia model were detected by ELISA.Results:As compared with group A,the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly increased(P〈0.01,or P〈0.05)and the content of HDL-C was significantly decreased(P〈0.05)in group B,and the contents of TC and LDL-C were significantly increased in group C(P〈0.01).As compared with group B,the contents of TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly reduced(P〈0.01),and those of HDL-C significantly increased in group C(P〈0.05).As compared with group A,TNF-α,IL-1βand IFN-γlevels were increased significantly in group B(P〈0.05,and P〈0.01).As compared with group B,TNF-α,IL-1βand IFN-γlevels in group C were decreased significantly(P〈0.05,and P〈0.01).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at "Fenglong" can notably decrease the levels of TC and LDL-C,and the protein levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand IFN-γin the liver tissues,suggesting its certain therapeutical effectiveness on hyperlipemia.
