摘要 桩核修复在残根残冠保存中占据十分重要的地位,桩核的设计与牙根抗折强度有着密切关系。本文将就桩修复材料、剩余牙本质、根管预备、桩核形态、黏结等与桩修复牙抗折裂强度之间的关系进行讨论。 Post-core has a very important role in the preservation of residual root. The fracture resistance of a post-core restored root is closely related to post-core design. This article reviews the effects of post materials, amount of residual dentin, root canal preparation, post shape, and adhesive on the fracture resistance of post-core restored root.
