摘要
采用正交试验与单因素试验法研究了用硫酸从废锂电池中浸出钴,考察了浸出时间、浸出温度、硫酸浓度及葡萄糖添加剂用量对钴浸出率的影响,确定了4个影响因素的主次关系。结果表明:在葡萄糖添加量10%、硫酸浓度3mol/L、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间45min条件下,钴浸出率达94.31%;4因素对钴浸出率的影响程度为葡萄糖添加量>硫酸浓度>浸出温度>浸出时间。
The influence of leaching time, leaching temperature, concentration of sulfuric acid, addition of glucose on leaching of cobalt from spent lithium-ion batteries by orthogonal experiments and monofactor experiments were investigate The results show that the optimal conditions for leaching cobalt are addition of glucose of 10%,sulfuric acid concentration of 6 mol/L,leaching temperature of 60 ℃, leaching time of 60 min. Under the conditions,the leaching rate of cobalt is 94.31%.
