Recycling of the used rechargeable lithium ion battery

摘要 综述了近几年来国内外以LiCoO2为正极的失效锂离子蓄电池在回收方面的最新进展。锂离子蓄电池的回收目前大都采用整体破碎后分离出正极活性物质钴酸锂,再通过萃取法、化学沉淀法、电解法以及络合离子交换等方法得到不同钴的化合物,从而达到回收钴的目的。化学沉淀法操作条件容易控制,并且易于实现工业化,具有良好的应用前景。 This paper introduced the latest development in recycling of the Li-ion battery. The general method of the recovery is that, the spent lithium ion batteries were dissolved in strong inorganic acids or base after being crashed, and then the cobalt were extracted and separated from the solution through chemical precipitation, extraction and electrolysis etc. The method of chemical precipitation was proved easier than the other methods in controlling, and was suitable for commercial application.
