摘要
陶瓷在烧制过程中,窑内气氛对陶瓷的外观呈色和质量方面都具有至关重要的影响。本文通过对大量有关资料、文献的查阅与归纳分析,认识到的将窑炉气氛简单划分为氧化、还原气氛难以充分阐释其对陶瓷品质的影响规律与机制,本文提出了窑炉烧成中"多元气氛"的概念,同时从实证的角度,以陶瓷中使用最多且对气氛最敏感的Fe、Cu系列色釉为具体对象,分别将其置于在烧制过程中产生不同气氛的气窑、柴窑内以相同或相似的制度烧成以认证"多元气氛"对陶瓷制品呈色的影响。
In the firing process, the kiln atmosphere has important influence on ceramic color and quality. Literature review and induction analysis reveal that the simple classification of kiln atmosphere as oxidizing or reducing is difficult to accurately interpret its influence on the quality of ceramics. This paper proposes a new concept of "multiple atmosphere" in the firing process and examines its effect on ceramic coloration through experiments in which the influence of this atmosphere produced in gas- and wood-fired kilns under the same or much similar firing system on the most sensitive and the most widely used Fe and Cu glazes are studied.
