摘要
通过不同规格螺栓的拉拔试验和吊挂试验,系统研究了轻质烧结页岩砖砌体的后锚固性能。结果表明,轻质烧结页岩砖砌体中的螺栓拉拔出现摩擦破坏和圆锥体破坏2种模式,锚栓抗拉承载力与锚栓直径和锚固位置有关;螺栓吊挂的主要破坏模式为吊杆的弯曲,砌体表面未出现破坏性裂缝或局部砌体的破损;轻质烧结页岩砖砌体具有优良的后锚固性能,能够满足建筑物的实际使用需要。根据对试验结果的综合分析,建立了考虑锚栓直径和锚固位置影响的锚栓抗拉承载力计算公式。
By the tensile for different kinds of bolts tests and hanging tests,the post-installed fastening properties of the lightweight sintered shale brick masonry were studied. The results showed that the tensile of bolts anchored in masonry appears two kinds of failure modes,boh tension strength has relation with bolt diameter and location. The main failure mode of the hanging test is the bolt bending, there is no damaging cracks or partial damage on masonry. The masonry has excellent post-installed fastening performance,then it could meet the actual needs of the buildings. According to the analysis of the test results,the tensile capacity calculation formula could be established, considering of the bolt diameter and anchoring position.
