摘要
轻质烧结页岩砖是以页岩为基础原料研发的一种新型烧结类墙体材料。根据相关实验分析,选出3个较为合理的实验配合比,以锯末为主要易燃辅料在相同的实验条件下制备砖体。抗压实验结果表明,轻质烧结页岩砖强度能够满足相应规范的要求,可作为高层建筑隔墙及外墙使用,并为后续实验及生产提供相关数据。
The light-weight shale sintered brick is a new kind of sintered wall materials based on shale. According to the analysis of some relevant experiments, select three reasonable mix ratios of experiments to prepare the bricks with sawdust as the main combustible auxiliary material, under the same experimental conditions. The compressive strength test results show that the light-weight shale sintered brick could meet the corresponding requirements of the specifications and can be used as partition wall and exterior wall of high buildings. Provide data for guiding further research and production.
