摘要
目的 探讨添加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的血液保存液与ACD配方保存液对储存血液红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性的影响。方法 选取血标本分实验组A和对照组B,每组均为相对应的1~10管;A组保存液为ACD配方保存液和丙氨酰谷氨酰胺注射液,B组保存液为ACD配方保存液,比较两组采血后第1、3天红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性,并进行统计分析。结果 A、B两组标本第1、3天分别测定红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP及Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性,其中A组Na+K+-ATP酶活性分别为16.51±5.23、11.60±5.11,B组为12.90±6.01、6.31±3.67,A组Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性分别为16.09±6.03、11.75±6.70,B组为12.38±5.37、5.05±3.23,A与B两组组间及组内比较差异均存在统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 ACD配方血液保存液加入丙氨酰谷氨酰胺制成血液保存液,与ACD配方血液保存液对存储血液红细胞膜Na+K+-ATP、Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶活性影响的差异有统计学意义,对红细胞膜保护作用优于ACD配方保存液。
Objective To explore the influence of stored blood erythrocyte membrane Na+ K+ATP, Caz+, Mgz+ ATPase activity using the new blood preservation liquids of alanylglutamine and ACD formula. Methods To allocate the blood specimen to the experimental group A,and group B as control ,with 1-10 tubes in each group. To group A the ACD formula and alanylglutamine were added, and only ACD formula was added to group B. The values of Na+- and K+- ATPase and Ca2+- and Mg2+ -ATPase activity on the erythroeyte membrane were compared on days 1 and 3 after blood collection. Results The values of Na+ and K+ ATPase activity were 16.51±5.23 and 11.60±5.11 in group A, and 12.90±6.01 and 6.31±3.67 in group B. Ca2+- and Mg2+-ATPase activity were 16.09±6.03 and 11.75±6.70 in group A,and 12.38±5.37 and 5.05!3.23 in group B. All values of the ATPase activity showed significant difference between groups A and B (P〈0.05). Conclusion Combination of ACD formula with alanylglutamine has better effect on the preservation of red blood cells than the ACD formula alone.
