摘要
成形磨齿即用成形砂轮磨削齿轮,因效率高广泛运用于齿轮加工中。砂轮修整是成形磨齿工艺中重要的环节,直接影响到磨齿加工的质量。文中以表面粗糙度作为评价磨齿加工的评价参数,对砂轮修整工艺参数与齿面粗糙度之间的关系进行了研究,通过实验得到砂轮修整工艺参数与齿面粗糙度之间的关系,运用多元回归技术的方法,建立了两者关系的数学模型。最后对回归方程及回归系数进行显著性检验,结果表明径向修整进给量是影响齿面粗糙度最主要的原因。
Gear form grinding machine tools are using the forming wheel to grind the gear tooth, which is widely used for its high efficiency. Grinding wheel dressing is the key technology of gear form grinding process. In this paper, surface roughness is used for evaluation parameters, the relationship between dressing parameters and gear surface roughness was studied by experiment, then the mathematical model is build by multiple regression techniques method. Finally, Regression equation and its coefficients significant test indi-cate that the radial dressing feed is the main reason for tooth surface roughness.
