摘要
表面粗糙度是用来评价一个加工后的零件的几何精度的标准,影响表面粗糙度的因素很多,其中包括砂轮的表面特性、形貌、磨削工艺参数等。通过磨削工艺实验并对数据分析找出表面粗糙度的影响因素及其变化规律,这样能够更好地找出使粗糙度变低的磨削参数以及砂轮的修整参数,所得出的参数能够为降低粗糙度提供更为充足的数学依据。
The surface roughness is a process used to evaluate the geometric precision of the parts after the standard, many factors influence the surface roughness, including the grinding wheel surface characteristics, morphology, grinding process parameters. In this paper, grinding experiments and data analysis to find out the impact of surface roughness factors and changes in the law so that this can better identify low-roughness parameters and grinding wheel dressing parameters, the parameters can be obtained To reduce the roughness to provide a more adequate mathematical basis.
