摘要
目的测定乳腺癌病人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自编的心理健康状况影响因素调查表,测定30例乳腺癌病人心理健康状况、症状特点及其影响因素,并以30例正常人作对照。结果乳腺癌病人SCL-90总分显著高于正常人,P<0.01,人际敏感因子分显著低于正常人,P<0.05,躯体化、抑郁、焦虑3个因素分显著高与正常人,P<0.01。结论乳腺癌病人的总体心理健康状况较差,提示在治疗和护理乳腺癌病人躯体症状的同时,应注意观察病人的心理状况变化,并进行将相应的心理治疗及护理,防止其不良情绪的发生,从而使病人以良好的心态接受治疗和护理。
Objective In order to study the affecting factors and psychological healthy conditions of patients with mammary cancer. Methods SCL 90 and survey scales of psychological healthy conditions and affecting factors were adopted programmed. 30 patients with mammary cancer were investigated and compared with 30 normal people . Results The total score of SCL 90 of patients with mammary cancer was significatly higher than that of normal people(P< 0.01).The score of personal sensitive factors was markly lower than normal people(P< 0.05). The score of paitents with depression and anxiety were markly higher than normal people(P< 0.01).Conclusion The general psychological healthy conditions ware bad for patients with mammary cancer .
