摘要
协同创新教育改革为地方院校人才培养提供了发展契机。现实中,地方本科院校人才培养协同创新发展过程中的"短板"表现在:思想观念滞后,缺乏协同意识,相关政策法规与规章制度尚未完善,人才培养机制不健全以及缺乏相关部门的密切配合。因此,应采取创新协同理念,建设相关的政策法规制度体系,巩固与完善具有地方本科院校特色的"应用型人才"培养体系与协调相关部门的互动配合,以及相关的配套措施等策略,促进地方本科院校人才培养的协同创新发展。
Collaborative innovation reforms provide opportunities of talent training development for local colleges. In practice, howev- er, such problems exist in the process of development of collaborative innovation in talent training in local undergraduate colleges： backward thought, lack of cooperation consciousness, imperfect related policies and regulation system, imperfect talent training mech- anism, and lack of cooperation of relevant departments. Based on this, countermeasures for improvement of collaborative innovation de- velopment in local undergraduate colleges include： upgrading collaborative innovation concept, improving relevant policies and regula- tion system, improving training system of applied talents with characteristics of local undergraduate colleges, and improving supporting measures for innovation and coordination of relevant departments.
