摘要
目的探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的优越性。方法将270例子宫肌瘤患者随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予米非司酮口服治疗,观察组采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊口服治疗,观察两组患者子宫和肌瘤体积变化情况、性激素水平变化情况、临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组患者治疗后子宫和肌瘤体积明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤可提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the superiority of mifpristone and Guizhi Fuling Capsule on patients of uterine fibroid.Methods 270 cases of uterine fibroid were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with oral medication of Mifpristone,while the observation group was treated with oral medication of Guizhi Fuling Capsule.Observations were carried out about the changing condition of volume of uterus and fibroid,the chaning condition,clinical efficacy and safety of levels of sex hormone of patients.Results After treatment,the volume of uterus and fibroid of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the level of progesterone（P） and estradiol（E2） of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance on the comparative difference in occurrence rate of adverse effects of both groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The combination of mifpristone and Guizhi Fuling Capsule can enhance the efficacy on the treatment of uterine fibroid.
