摘要
在当前的社区服务发展形势下,社会工作在社区治理中的角色应合理定位在:提供专业服务,充当社区治理的参与者;倡导互助合作,做多方联动的促进者;提供决策建议,充任社会政策的影响者;追求战略结果,成为高效服务的管理者;推进社区改革,争做发展创新的倡导者。
Under the current circumstances of community service development, the role of social work in community governance should be orientated as providing professional services, advoca- ting mutual help and cooperation, offering decision-making suggestions, pursuing strategic out- comes and forwarding community reform, all of which are its core functions. Correspondingly, social workers should play such professional roles as participants of community governance, pro- moters of multi-joint action, influences of social policies, managers of efficient service and advo- cators of development and innovation so as to enhance the effectiveness of community govern- ance.
