摘要
社区志愿服务是公民参与社区治理,实现自我参与、自我提升和构建共建共治共享社会发展新格局的重要途径。社区志愿服务组织是社区志愿服务活动开展的重要载体,社区志愿服务组织可以分为"政府依赖型""独立获取型"和"半独立半依赖型"三种类型。这三种类型的社区志愿服务组织在参与社区治理实践中表现出各自不同的特征。在共建共治共享新发展格局下,根据不同类型的社区志愿服务组织在社区治理实践中发挥的作用,提出不同的发展支持策略。
Community voluntary service is an important way for citizens to participate in community governance,realize self-participation and self-improvement,and build a new pattern of social development of co-construction,co-govemance and sharing.Community voluntary service organization is an important carrier of community volunteer service activities.It can be divided into three types:government-dependent,semi-independent&semi-dependent and independent acquisition.These three types of community voluntary service organizations manifest different characteristics in their participation of community governance.According to the different roles played by different types of community voluntary service organizations in the practice of community governance,this paper puts forward several different strategies for development support.
