摘要
百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本。体育教师是教师队伍的重要组成部分,是学校体育工作的施动主体,它的发展关系到民族体质的增强、健康水平的提高和生活质量的改善,在培养全面发展的人才中发挥着独特的教育作用。面向21世纪,改革创新引领的时代,如何打破传统思想,从多元化视角探索新体育教师培养理念,培养适应社会发展需求的体育教师,是值得研究的课题。
Education is a fundamental task for the coming century while teachers are the orientation for education. Being the essential part, physical education teachers are the active subjects of school physical education. The de-velopment of physical education is related to the enhance-ment of the national physique as well as the improvement of health and life quality,and it particularly plays an edu-cation role in cultivating all-round talents. Faced with 21 st century,it is a worthwhile study as to reform the era of in-novation,how to break the traditions,to explore ideas on diverse cultivation of physical education teachers, and to cultivate physical education teachers adapting to the social development.
