摘要
介绍了机器视觉技术及其应用的发展概况。讨论了机器视觉技术在生产生活中的典型应用、机器视觉技术的原理和常用图像处理技术等内容。详细阐述了机器视觉技术在防凌破冰中的应用,说明如何在防凌破冰系统中利用航拍摄像机采集河面上的图像,经过一系列图像处理后,检测出面积较大的冰块,并进行危险因素分级,指挥中心据此指导飞机对危险等级较高的冰块进行爆破,消除隐患。在防凌破冰中采用机器视觉技术替代人工肉眼的观察,大大提高了工作效率和测量结果的准确性。最后指出了机器视觉系统的发展方向。
The general situation of the development of machine vision technology and its application are introduced. The typical applications of machine vision technology in industrial production and daily life,the principle of machine vision technology,and the commonly used image processing techniques,etc are discussed. The application of machine vision technology in the ice prevention and breaking is elaborated in detail. And the method of detecting the ice with larger area by using aerial camera in the ice prevention and breaking system to acquire the images on the river and processing them is illustrated. In the meantime,the hazards are classified so as to eliminate hidden dangers by guiding the plane to blast it. The method of replacing machine vision technology in the ice prevention and breaking with artificial eye observation greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of measurement results. Finally,the development direction of machine vision system is pointed out.
