换热器结构布置对分体式空调室内机性能的影响 被引量:8

Impact of Structural Layout of Heat Exchanger on the Performance of Indoor Unit for Split Air Conditioner

摘要 换热器结构布置直接影响到分体式空调室内机空气的流场分布,进而影响换热器的换热效果及其出风风量。本文采用ANSYS软件CFX模块对一款分体式空调室内机三段管翅式换热器在不同翅片布置形式下进行了三维建模,并通过数值模拟对空气流线分布、翅片表面热流密度和翅片表面与空气侧传热系数进行了分析。 The structural layout of heat exchanger has significant impact on the airflow filed distribution of the indoor unit of split air conditioner, which in turn affects the heat transfer performance and outlet flow rate of the heat exchanger. In this paper, a 3D CFD model was established for a three-stage fin and tube heat exchanger with different configurations by employing CFX in ANSYS. Through numerical simulation, the streamlines distribution of the airflow, the heat flux of the fin wall as well as the heat transfer coefficient between the fin wall and the air were analyzed in detail.
