摘要
对自建的空气横掠圆管表面传热特性实验装置中存在的不足进行了分析和改进,发现电加热管与换热圆管之间的空气间隙是造成实验结果不准确、实验操作效率低和电加热管频繁烧毁而维修成本高的关键因素。采用耐高温导热无机胶C2填充了空气间隙。结果表明,电加热管壁面温度大幅下降,安全性和使用寿命大幅提高;实验测得的传热系数式中的系数与推荐值的误差减小,并且实验达到稳态的时间缩短。
The shortcomings of a self-built experimental device for heat transfer characteristics of the air across circular tube surface are analyzed and improved.It is found that although the air gap between the electric heating tube and the heat exchanging tube is small,it is the key factor which causes the inaccuracy of the experimental results,the inefficiency of the experimental operation and the high maintenance cost by the frequent burning of the electric heating tube.The air gap is filled with the high temperature thermal conductive inorganic adhesive C2,and the experimental results show that the wall temperature of the electric heating pipe decreases greatly,and the safety and service life of the electric heating pipe increases greatly.The error of the calculated C and N values is reduced,and the steady time is shortened.
