摘要
研制了一种基于STM32和AD5933的便携式阻抗测量装置,介绍了基于矢量伏安法的阻抗测量原理,分析了AD5933阻抗测量电路设计原理和STM32软件校正算法。与传统的阻抗分析仪相比,该装置采用AD5933实现对待测阻抗网络的阻抗测量,利用模拟开关多路复用器实现了测量量程的自动切换。在软件方面,利用两点校正算法降低系统的测量误差。实验研究表明,该设计方案结构简单,测量精度能满足大部分工程应用。
A kind of portable instrument for impedance measurement based on STM32 and AD5933 microprocessor was presented. The principle of vector voltammetry for impedance measurement was introduced. And then the circuit structure of impedance measurement based on AD5933 and the algorithm of software correction was proposed. Compared with the traditional instrument for impedance measurement,the chip of AD5933 was designed on system in order to measure the parameters of impedance. The system used the analogue switcher to achieve automatic range switching. In the aspect of software,the algorithm of two-point correction was used for reducing the error of measurement. The result shows that the design has simple structure and the precision of measurement satisfies the requirements in engineering.
