摘要
采用壳聚糖对精纺毛织物进行抗静电整理,通过正交实验研究整理剂浓度、浸渍时间、浴比和烘干温度等对精纺毛织物抗静电性能的影响,确定了最佳抗静电整理工艺为:壳聚糖浓度1.00%,浸渍时间10 min,浴比1∶15,烘干温度100℃。测试发现,经壳聚糖整理后的精纺毛织物具有良好的抗静电性能,强伸性能变化不大,但手感稍微变硬。
Chitosan is used for worsted fabrics' antistatic finishing, and the impact of finishing agent concentration, immersion duration, bath ratio and drying temperature on the antistatic property of treated worsted fabric is orthogonal experimented to have the best antistatic finishing process determined as the follows: chitosan concentration is 1.00%, immersion duration isl0mins, bath ratio is 1: 15, drying temperature is 100℃. It is found by testing that the worsted fabric after antistatic finished features good antistatic, stable tensile, but a slightly harden of fabric handle.
