摘要
采用易去污整理剂DP-998B、阳离子永久型抗静电剂WP、抗静电剂S-010、柔软剂JY-8328、抗静电剂JY-9310和柔软剂SRS等对毛织物进行抗静电整理。探讨抗静电剂用量、烘干时间、蒸呢工艺和环境湿度对毛织物抗静电性能的影响。结果表明,采用40 g/L抗静电剂WP与40 g/L柔软剂JY-8328复配,羊毛织物的抗静电效果和手感较好。
Anti-static finish of worsted wool fabric is carried out with soil release agents DP-998B, permanent and cationic anti-static agent WP, anti-static agent S-010, softener JY-8328, anti-static agent JY- 9310 and softener SRS. The influences of concentration of finishing agent, drying time, decating process and ambient humidity on antistatic property of wool fabric are discussed. The results show that better properties regarding antistatic effect and handle are obtained with the combination of 40 g/L anti-static agent WP and 40 g/L softener JY-8328.
