摘要
目的:研究茵柏益肝汤不同配伍对急性肝损伤大鼠的肝脏保护作用。方法:用四氯化碳致大鼠急性肝损伤,以生化指标和病理变化评价茵柏益肝汤的肝脏保护作用,观察茵柏益肝汤不同配伍对急性肝损伤大鼠的肝脏保护作用。结果:全方组保肝作用最强,含茵陈的各配伍组其保肝作用均强于不含茵陈的配伍组;配伍岩柏草-凤尾草-六月雪后保肝作用增强;配伍金钱草、矮地茶后各配伍组的保肝作用没有明显变化。结论:茵陈、岩柏草-凤尾草-六月雪、金钱草、矮地茶在茵柏益肝汤中分别起到君臣佐使的作用,深刻体现了组方规律。
Objective：To study the liver protection of Yinbai Yigan Decoction in different compatibilities on the acute liver injury in rats. Methods ： Acute liver injury in rats caused by carbon tetrachloride, biochemical index and the pathological changes were determined to evaluate the liver protection of Yinbai Yigan Decoction. We observed the liver protection of Yinbai Yigan Decoction in different compatibilities on acute liver injury in rats. Results ：The whole recipe group had the strongest effect on liver protection in all of the different combinations. The liver protection of the combination including Yinchen was stronger than those excluding Yinchen. The liver protection of Yinchen became stronger when used together with Yanbaicao - Fengweicao - Liuyuexue, remaining the same when used together with Jinqiancao and Ai＇ dicha. Conclusion ：Yinchen （ Artemisia capillaries ）, Yanbaicao （ Herba Selaginellae ） - Fengweicao （ Pteris nervosa） - Liuyuexue （ Serissa serissoides ） , Jinqiancao （ Lysimachia christinae Hance ） and Aidicha （ Ardisia japonica ） play the roles ofprinciple drug, assistant drug, adjuvant drug and conductant drug respectively in Yinbai Yigan Decoction, which embodys the method of composing a prescription.
