摘要
金钱草(Lysimachia christinae Hance)为报春花科植物过路黄的干燥全草,具有很高的药用价值,分布广,具有丰富资源、价格低廉、安全性好等特点,其味淡咸,性寒凉,入小肠、膀胱、肝、胆四经。具有清热解毒、散瘀消肿、利湿退黄之功效,可用于结石、淋证、黄疸等症;现代药理研究发现该品主要含甾醇、黄酮类、鞣质等,具有排石、抑菌、抗炎等作用,目前应用于临床治疗多种疾病,现仅就其在肝胆疾病方而应用作一讨论。
Lysimachia christinae Hance is the dried whole plant of Primulaceae plant Lysimachia which has high medicinal value. The plant is widely distributed, and known by rich resources, low price and good safety features. Lysimachia christinae Hance is tasteless and salty, cold, and goes into the small intestine, bladder, liver and gall bladder meridians. Functions of detoxifing, getting rid of swelling, dispelling dampness jaundice can be used for stones, urinary tract infections, jaundice embolism. Modern pharmacological studies have found that the products mainly contain sterols, flavonoids, tannins, and thus it has the functions of getting rid of stones, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. Lysimachia christinae Hance is currently used to treat a variety of diseases. Its application in hepatobiliary diseases square is discussed below.
