摘要
为研究七氟丙烷灭火剂高温热解规律,分析裂解产物组成及其毒性,建立了一套以干式反应炉为主体的高温裂解装置,研究七氟丙烷在600、650、700、750、800、850℃作用温度,15、10、5、2s作用时间下裂解产生的有机气体、无机气体和其他产物及其裂解规律。结果表明,七氟丙烷在600℃发生分解,随着温度的升高和停留时间的延长,热解反应加剧,原料在反应后气体产物中的含量逐渐降低;对裂解产物研究中发现七氟丙烷热解的主要产物中无机气体产物为HF、有机气体产物主要为六氟丙烯和五氟丙烯,并伴有剧毒气体全氟异丁烯,当温度上升至850℃,停留时间为15s时,全氟异丁烯在反应后有机气体产物中的含量达到最大值6.4%。
In order to explore the regularity of HFC-227ea fire extinguishing agent, analyze the component and toxicity of its pyrolysis products, we established a functional method in a stainless tubular reactor at atmospheric pressure and temperatures from 600 C to 850 C versus various residence times of 2 -15 s. The organic gas and inorganic gas and other pyrolysis products, the pyrolysis regularity, were studied. The decomposition of HFC-227ea commence around 600 ℃. As reaction temperature rises and residence time prolongs, the pyrolysis of HFC 227ea is intensified, which makes the concentration of HFC-227ea plummet. The main organic products are CaF6, Ca HFs, and main inorganic is HF. The source of toxicity is highly toxic gas, i-C4 F8. The concentration of i-C4 F8 in the organic gas is up to the maximum value 6.4 % when the temperature is 850℃ and residence time is 15 s.
