摘要
为了得到粒径小、分布窄的超细干粉,就行星式球磨机超细粉碎碳酸氢钠进行了研究,研究得到行星式球磨机粉碎碳酸氢钠的最佳工艺条件为:球磨机转速400 r·min^(-1),粉碎时间30 min,单个球磨罐填充混合物料量180 g,直径3 mm氧化铝陶瓷磨球用量540 g,球磨机5 min换一次旋转方向。在此条件下能将基础配方BC超细干粉灭火剂的混合原料粒度(D_(90))从175μm降低至25.4μm。表面改性剂X的使用,能有效阻止超细化的BC超细干粉灭火剂的混合原料发生团聚。对基础配方的BC超细干粉灭火剂的混合原料进行两次改性处理、3次粉碎,粒度(D_(90))可降至10μm以下。
In order to prepare sodium bicarbonate ultrafine dry powder by ball milling, a systematic experimental study was carried out.The results showed that under the conditions of ball mill rotation speed 400 r·min^(-1), ball milling time 30 min, single grinding tank material filling amount 180 g, 3 mm ceramic grinding ball 540 g, the mixed material was comminuted from D_(90) 175 μm to 25.4 μm, which didn’t meet the particle size requirements. The agglomeration of fine particles was the main reason that the particle size was not further reduced. Therefore, surface modifier X was added in comminuted material for surface treatment by the high-speed mixer,then the particle size D_(90) was reduced to below10 μm by ball mill grinding.
