Research progresses in brain injury and brain protection in cardiopulmonary bypass

摘要 体外循环是心脏外科手术中必不可少的组成部分,随着半个多世纪的基础研究及临床实践,该技术日臻完善,极大地推动了心脏外科的发展,但体外循环术后脑损伤的发生越来越引起重视。现就体外循环脑损伤与脑保护的研究进展予以综述。 Cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) is the essential component of the cardiac surgery.With more than half a century of basic research and clinical practice, CPB is becoming better and approaching perfection, greatly promote the development of cardiac surgery. But the brain injury after CPB is attention increasingly.This paper reviews the research progress in brain injury and brain protection of CPB.
