摘要 血脑屏障是机体维持中枢神经系统内环境稳定的结构基础,在深低温停循环脑损伤过程中起着重要作用。深入探讨血脑屏障的结构基础和功能、在深低温停循环脑损伤过程中的变化以及对血脑屏障通透性调节的可能机制为深低温停循环脑损伤的防治提供了一个全新的思路。 The blood brain barrier is the foundation of the stable environment of the central nervous system. It plays an important role in the brain injury in deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. To research of the structure and the reaction of the blood brain barrier in the process of deep hypothermic circulatory arrest may give a new method for the protection and the therapy of the brain injury in deep hypothermic circulatory arrest.
