摘要
近年来,EPA和DHA已经成为人们关注的热点。本文叙述了EPA和DHA的生理功能和正确摄入的重要性,提出采用不同传统方法相结合的方式来高纯度分离提取EPA和DHA。
EPA and DHA have been in focus in recent years. This paper describes the physiological function of EPA and DHA, notes the importance of proper intake, and combines different isolation principles to extract high-purity EPA and DHA.
