摘要
为了研究AC-88的抗肿瘤作用和机制,本文以移植H22肝癌细胞的小鼠为模型,应用Western blot等技术,研究了AC-88对肿瘤的抑制作用和对荷瘤小鼠T细胞的NF-kB、I-kB及Fas的影响。我们发现AC-88的抑癌率可高达70%以上,能下调T细胞上Fas的表达。并能促进I-kB的降解,使NF-kB的核内转移增加。可见AC-88有良好的抑瘤作用,并能调节NF-kB的信号转导,减少T细胞的自身凋亡。
To inquire into the anti-tumor mechanism of AC-88, the transplanted H22 liver cancer mouse model was used to explore the effect of this drug on the expressions of Fas, NF-kB/1-kB in T lymphocytes of the tumor-bearing nce. It was found that the anti-tumor rate of AC-88 was more than 70 % , and it could down-regulate the expression of Fas on T lymphocytes promote the degradation of I-kB, and increase the transfer of NF-kB in nuclei. These results suggest that AC-88 can regulate the signal transduction of NF-kB in T lymphocytes and decrease the apoptosis of T lymphocytes in ad-dition to its good anti-tumor effect.
