摘要
本文通过问卷调查和随机抽样访谈的方式,对课堂心理环境中医学生个体心理因素如性别、年龄、语言能力和社会心理差异等对学习效能的影响开展实证研究,并提出针对性的措施,以提高教学质量和教学效果。
Through questionnaire survey and interview of random sampling, we carried out research on the influence of medical student's individual psychological factors, such as gender, age, language ability and social psychological differences, on learning efficiency under classroom psychological environment. This paper put forward corresponding measures to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.
