摘要
目的寻找不明原因出现面部皮炎患者可能的病因及加重因素。方法对85例不明原因面部皮炎患者进行问卷调查及斑贴试验检测。结果斑贴试验总阳性率为52.4%,阳性率较高的变应原有硫酸镍(18.82%)、甲醛(14.12%)、重铬酸钾(11.76%)、芳香混合物(10.59%)。诱发及加重因素包括环境干燥26例(30.6%)、化妆品使用不当24例(28.2%)、日晒17例(20.0%)、饮食15例(17.6%)、过劳及睡眠不足8例(9.41%)、呼吸道感染7例(8.24%)。结论不明原因面部皮炎患者多数存在潜在致敏原。
ObjectiveTo investigate the causes and the aggravating factors for unexplained facial dermatitis.MethodsAll 85 patients with unexplained facial dermatitis were carried on questionnaires and patch test.ResultsAll 85 patients with unexplained facial dermatitis were investigated with questionnaire and patch test.ResultsPositive rate of patch test was 52.4%, the allergens with higher positive rate were nickel sulfate （18.82%）, formaldehyde （14.12%）, dichromate（11.76%）and aromatic mixture （10.59%）. Inducing and aggravating factors were dry environment （30.6%）, improper use of cosmetics （28.2%）, sunlight （20.0%）, diet （17.6%）, overwork and lack of sleep （9.41%）, and respiratory tract infections （8.24%）.ConclusionMost of the patients with unexplained facial dermatitis have potential allergens.
