摘要
人岗匹配是企业人力资源优化配置中的一种理想状态。本次研究针对已有人岗匹配模型存在的不足,借鉴麦克莱兰胜任力模型,结合管理实践经验,构建出凸显内隐特质关键性作用的非线性人岗匹配模型,依据"知人、知岗、匹配"的思路开发出岗位模型、人员素质模型与匹配系数测评体系,并以A公司为试点投入应用并提出改进方向和应用设想,旨在从实用性角度提出一个可供参考和改进的人岗匹配模型和应用案例。
Enterprises always wish to rich the state of Person-Post fit during their HRM practices. In this study, we have developed a nonlinear model which emphasizes the critical role of implicit trait compared with former models, basing on Iceberg Model firstly put forward by McClelland. We have also developed a set of models for posts and human competency evaluation along with a parameter for measuring the degree of Person-Post fit from perspective from both employers and posts. Model has been put into practice in Company A for test and served as an example and a flexible prototype for further construction and development basing on the perspective of practice.
