摘要
无砟轨道小阻力扣件钢轨纵向阻力既是轨道结构设计的重要参数,也是相关技术标准中一项必要的基础数据,需要采取科学准确的方法加以测定。通过对常用扣件钢轨纵向阻力测试方法的系统分析,提出以恒定位移速率方式施加拉力荷载作为测试无砟轨道小阻力扣件钢轨纵向阻力的改进方法,并通过具有代表性的WJ-8型和W300-1型无砟轨道小阻力扣件的测试验证,为《高速铁路扣件系统试验方法第1部分:钢轨纵向阻力的测定》等技术标准的编制提供支撑。
Rail longitudinal resistance of small-resistance fastening system for ballastless track is not only a key design parameter for track structure, but also a necessary basic datum in some standards concerned, and should be tested with a reasonable and accurate method. The systematic analysis of the test method for rail longitudinal resistance of some common fastenings suggests a method improved by using tension in even velocity for rail longitudinal resistance of small-resistance fastening system for ballastless track. The method is verified by practical tests on Type WJ-8 and Type W300-1 small-resistance fastening systems for ballastless track, and supports the compiling of such standards as Test Methods for Fastening Systems of High-speed Railway, Part 1: Determination of Rail Longitudinal Resistance.
