摘要
目的了解护理专业本科男生的职业认同状况及影响因素。方法应用护生职业认同问卷、青年学生社交能力评定问卷及其他影响因素问卷对171名护理专业本科男生进行问卷调查分析。结果 1护理专业男生职业认同得分23-77(47.21±9.73)分。职业认同的5个因子得分中职业自我概念和留职获益与离职风险得分最低;2不同年级护理本科男生职业认同总分存在差异(P〈0.05);3多元逐步回归分析显示专业态度、社交能力对护理专业男生职业认同有显著影响(P〈0.05)。结论护理专业本科男生职业认同处中等水平。护理教育者和管理者可根据护理专业本科男生的特点,通过培养其社交能力及职业情感,树立良好的专业态度,提升其职业认同,为稳定其就业观及实现自身价值奠定基础。
Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of professional identity among undergraduate male nursing students. Methods A total of 171 undergraduate male nursing students were investigated with the Nurse Student Professional Identity Questionnaire and Young Students' Social Competence Questionnaire. Results The total score of professional identity was(47.21±9.73) points. The factor score of professional self-image and factor score of benefit of retention and risk of turnover were the lowest among the five factors. There were significant differences in the scores of professional identify among different grades(P〈0.05). Multiple stepwise regression analy- sis showed that professional attitude,social competence and grade were significant influence factors of professional identity. Conclusion The professional identity of undergraduate male nursing students is at moderate level. Nursing educators and managers should train male nursing students' social competence and professional emotions to enhance their professional identify and assist them to realize their self-value.
