摘要
采用流延的方式,将季铵化壳聚糖溶液与聚丙烯腈超滤膜进行复合,以混酐作交联剂,制备了一种荷正电复合纳滤膜。探讨了交联剂浓度、交联温度等因素对膜性能的影响。此外,对膜的部分特征进行了研究。利用电境扫描对该代表膜结构进行了观察。在20℃和料液流速为30 L/h时,该膜的截留分子量约为565 Da(纳滤范围之内)。膜的纯水渗透系数为6.99 L/(h.m2.MPa),对不同无机盐的截留顺序为:CaCl2>MgCl2>NaCl>KCl>MgSO4>Na2SO4>K2SO4,呈现荷正电纳滤膜的截留特征。并且对CaCl2、MgCl2的截留率达0.95以上,可期望用于废水中硬度的降低。
A positively charged composite NF membrane was prepared by casting quaternized chitosan solution onto PAN ultrafiltration membrane and using mixed anhydride as cross-linking reagent.The effect of mixed anhydride concentration,cross-linking temperature,etc on membrane performance was investigated.Besides,the structure of the representative membrane was characterized by scanning electron microscope.At 20 ℃ and cross-flow rate of 30 L·h-1,its molecular weight cut-off was about 560 Da(in NF range).And the pure ...
