摘要
目的探讨在电子纤维喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的临床效果。方法回顾性的分析收治的265例声带息肉患者在电子纤维喉镜下手术治疗的方法,总结治疗的效果及经验。结果 265例声带息肉患者中治愈215例,有效39例,复发11例,总有效率95.85%。对于治愈的患者进行3~6个月随访,均无复发。结论在电子纤维喉镜下的手术治疗声带息肉具有微创、有效、安全等特点,而且操作简单,患者痛苦轻并且医生容易掌握。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of surgical treatment of vocal cord polyps under the electronic laryngo-scope. Methods：The retrospective analysis of 265 cases of vocal cord polyp the treated patients under electronic laryngo-scope,let us summarize the treatment effect and experience. Results：In the 265 cases of vocal cord polyp patients ,215 cases,cured ,39 cases turned for the better ,11 cases of recurrence,the total effective rate is 95. 85% . The patients cured for 3 ~ 6 months follow - up,there were no recurrence. Conclusion：The surgical treatment of vocal cord polyp un-der electronic laryngoscope has the characteristics of minimally invasive,safe,effective,and easy operation. The patient pain is light and the methods is easy to master.
