摘要
目的探讨糖尿病患者与高危人群经过强化管理与治疗后的疾病预防与治疗效果。方法选取社区居民中的糖尿病患者与糖尿病高危人群400例,随机分为两组,200例对照组受检者常规健康指导与治疗,200例观察组受检者进行强化管理与治疗,对比两组的预防与治疗效果。结果观察组患者患病率为1.5%,知晓率为78.0%,治疗率为97.5%,控制率为38.0%;对照组患者患病率为4.5%,知晓率为40.5%,治疗率为76.0%,控制率为21.0%;观察组患者患病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),知晓率、治疗率与控制率相比对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论社区强化管理与治疗模式能够有效降低糖尿病的患病率,提高糖尿病知识的知晓率,提高治疗与控制效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the diabetes patients with high-risk groups through strengthening management and treatment of disease prevention and treatment effect.Methods The community residents of the diabetic patients at risk of diabetes and 400 cases were randomly divided into two groups,200 cases of control group of client＇s routine health guidance and treatment,200 cases of the observation group of client to strengthen management and treatment,compared to two groups of prevention and treatment effect.Results Observation group patients prealence was 1.5%,the proportion of 78.0%,therapy was 97.5%,control is 38.0%;Control group patients prealence was 4.5%,the proportion of 40.5%,therapy was 76.0%,control is 21.0%;the observation group patients incidence was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）,awareness,therapy and control significantly increased compared with controls（P0.05）.Conclusion Community strengthen management and treatment mode can effectively reduce the prevalence of diabetes and improve the awareness of the diabetic knowledge,to enhance the treatment and control effect,it is worth clinical promotion.
