摘要
实施本科生导师制已成为高校教学体制改革的发展趋势,而随着高校校内体制改革的逐步深化,二级学院管理对导师制的实施效果有着重要的影响。针对目前二级学院在导师制管理过程中存在的问题,运用平衡计分卡,从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长四个角度,构建出二级学院本科生导师制管理评价体系,并对实施中需要注意的几点问题作了说明,以期提升高校二级学院的管理质量,实现导师制的人才培养目标。
The Undergraduate Tutorial System has become a trend of development in the universities' teaching system reform.With the deepening of the universities' system reform,the management of secondary colleges has an important effect on the implementation results of the undergraduate tutorial system. Based on the problems which are founded in the management practices,the evaluation system of the tutorial system management is designed by using the balanced scorecard,which includes four related fields,finance,customs,internal processes,and learning and growth,then mention a couple of caveats related to the practice which should be observed,so as to enhance the management level and achieve the goals of personnel training.
