摘要
基于中医药学院实行本科生导师制6年的工作基础,分析其在育人工作中发挥作用的途径、优势与特点,以及该工作对教师成长的影响,得出结论:导师制工作不仅使学生受益,而且促进了教学相长,有利于学院师德建设工作和尊师爱生和谐院风的形成。同时,对实施中需要注意的关键问题进行了讨论,并提出了改进措施。
Based on 6-year practice of undergraduate tutorial system in TCM colleges and universities, the paper analyzed the way how the system plays its role and its advantages and features in talent-training work, and concluded that tutorial system not only benefits students but also improves teaching and learning benefiting each other, teacher' s ethics construction and harmonious atmosphere formation of respecting teachers and loving students. At the same time, the key questions demanding attention to and countermeasures in practice were discussed.
