摘要
论述了生态水利的概念和内涵,评价准则,并据此构建了生态水利评价指标体系。通过单指标的转化以及多指标的综合,划分了生态水利指数等级,提出了生态水利指数计算方法;最后以浙江省为例进行了应用研究。
The concept and connotation of eco-hydrology is demonstrated ,and the quantitative index system for eco-hydrology is established based on the framework formed of standards .Eco-hydrology index grade is put forward and the method for calculating the eco-hydrology index is suggested according to the quantitative description of single index and the method of integrating multiple standards .Lastly ,a detailed application research on Zhejiang Province is carried out .
