龙岩市新罗区小流域水土保持综合效益指标定量评价方法 被引量:1

Quantitative evaluation of comprehensive benefit indicators of water amd soil conservation in small watershed of Xinluo District,Longyan City

摘要 由于目前的水土保持效益评价方法对于不同区域的适用性不高,因此针对龙岩市新罗区小流域提出一种水土保持综合效益指标定量评价方法。首先构建评价指标体系,确定研究区域内的16个评价指标;然后通过水土保持指标权重的确定,获得判断矩阵;再量化评价指标,通过建立模糊数学隶属度函数,对指标进行标准化处理;最后经过综合效益得分值计算,完成综合效益的定量评价。评价结果分析表明:新罗区小流域内的蓄水效益为248.97×104m2,保土效益共为3.64×104t,经济效益为1 676.92万元,生态环境得到了有效改善;拱桥溪综合效益得分为57.1,硿溪综合效益得分为42,坪坑溪综合效益得分为40.6,综合效益评价结果与实际情况符合,证明所提方法的有效性。 Considering that the applicability of current benefi t evaluation methods of water and soil conservation for diff erent regions needs to be improved,a quantitative evaluation method of comprehensive benefi t indicators of water and soil conservation is proposed for the small watershed in Xinluo District,Longyan City.Firstly,an evaluation framework of 16 indicators are developed in the study area.Then the assessment matrix is formed by determining the weights of indicators.The indicators are then quantifi ed,and are standardized by an established fuzzy mathematics membership function.Finally,the quantitative evaluation is completed through the calculation of comprehensive benefit scores.The results show that,the water storage benefit in the small watershed of Xinluo District is 2489.7×103 m2,the soil conservation benefi t is 36.4×103 t in total,the economic benefi t is 16.7692 million yuan,and the ecological environment has been eff ectively improved.The comprehensive benefi t scores of Gongqiao Creek,Kong Creek and Pingkeng Creek are 57.1,42,and 40.6,respectively.The comprehensive benefi t evaluation result of this study area is consistent with the actual situation,which proves that the proposed method is eff ective.
