摘要
目的观察复方玄驹胶囊联合前列欣胶囊治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)的临床疗效。方法将128例CNP患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组64例。对照组采用西医常规方法治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗基础上加用复方玄驹胶囊与前列欣胶囊。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效、慢性前列腺炎症状积分(NIH-CPSI)、中医证候及疼痛评分等情况。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为95.31%,对照组为82.81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两患者治疗后观察组NIHCPSI评分、中医证候评分、疼痛评分明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论在西医治疗基础上,加用复方玄驹胶囊及前列欣胶囊可以显著提高临床治疗有效性,同时减轻患者的疼痛感受,充分体现了中西医治疗的优越性。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic nonbacterial prostatitis （CNP） treated with combined medication of fufang xuanju jiaonang and qianliexin jiaonang. Methods One hundred and twentyeight CNP patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group,64 cases in each one. In the control group, the conventional therapeutic program of western medicine was applied. In the observation group, on the basis of the conventional western medicine treatment, fufang xuanju jiaonang and qianliexin jiaonang were supplemented. The clinical efficacy, the national institutes of health chronic prostati- tis symptom index（NIH - CPSI） ,TCM syndrome score and pain score were observed after treatment in the patients of the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.31% in the observation group and was 82.81% in the control group, indicating the significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, NIH- CPSI score,TCM syndrome score and pain score in the observation group were apparently superior to the control group, indicating the significant difference （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion On the basic treatment of western medicine ,fufang xuanju jiaonang and qianliexin jiaonang significantly improve the clinical effectiveness and alleviate pains of patients. The combined therapy adequately displays the advantages of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment.
