摘要
我国高校普遍实行教学督导制度。高校教学督导来源于国家教育督导制度的引申和高校教学质量评估的压力。在我国现行的教育体系中,督导制度起到了一定的教学质量监督和评估功能,但在许多方面还有不足。高校用来监控教师教学行为的合法手段有很多,教学质量监控体系包含更丰富的内容。
The teaching inspection system is generally practiced in colleges and universities in China. The system is an extension of national inspection of the education and to meet the quality evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities. However, the system lacks the basis of national laws and regulations and goes against the nature of higher education, and therefore can＇ t really improve the teaching quality. There are many other ways to monitor teachers＇ teaching behavior and there should be more in the teaching monitoring system.
