摘要
随着走中国特色新型工业化道路、建设创新型国家、建设人力资源强国等一系列重大战略部署的提出,国家确立在高等教育中实施"卓越工程师教育培养计划"。根据国家对卓越工程师人才培养的要求,西安理工大学明确水利水电工程卓越工程师的实施目标和总体思路,构建水利水电工程卓越工程师课程体系,建立高素质校企联合师资团队,强化教学过程管理,提高教学质量,以期培养具有工程能力和创新能力的高级水利水电工程应用型技术人才。
Under the proposal of a series of great strategies that new path of industrialization with Chinese characteristics, building an innovation -oriented country and building country rich in human resources, Chinese government establishes and implements the ＂ Excellent Engineer Education and Training Plan＂ According to excellence engineer training requirements, Xi＇an University of Technology defines the implementation goal and general idea of water resources and hydropower engineering excellence engineer, sets up course system, builds highly qualified school - enterprise coalition teaching team, strengthens the management of teaching process and improves the teaching quality, in order to cultivate senior applied and technical personnel with engineering capabilities and innovative ability in water resources and hydro - electric engineering.
