前牙美容修复——瓷贴面的临床应用 被引量：2

摘要 瓷贴面修复技术与传统的全冠修复技术相比，具有良好的色泽稳定性、极佳的耐磨损性、与牙龈组织有良好的生物相容性、磨除牙体组织少、耐腐蚀等优点。过去因为其修复后可能出现脱落、折裂、崩瓷、牙龈炎等问题，以及相对较窄的适应证，故在临床未能广泛应用。随着粘结材料和制作工艺的提高，现在瓷贴面修复已越来越广泛地应用于临床前牙美容修复。本文就瓷贴面的牙体预备和应力分析，以及粘结剂技术的应用做一综述，以供临床参考。
